26: Habits-The Water Episode

Everybody likes to talk about doing a cleanse, but you may be missing out on the easiest way to cleanse your body and promote health and healing daily. This episode is all about water and how to drink it for proper hydration and optimal performance and our thoughts on tap water, bottled water, and more. 

Water makes up roughly 70 percent of our body and is foundational for optimal health and well-being. Erica shares how she went from drinking soda 24/7 to swapping it out for water— and how everything changed after that. 

Not drinking enough water can lead to chronic dehydration, leading to degenerative diseases, pain, heartburn, arthritis, migraines, asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and early-onset diabetes. 

We also talk about the problem with tap water, bottled water’s dirty little secret, and what we use to make sure we’re drinking pure, healing water.
