Shipping Policy

At Elevays our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. And truly- we can’t WAIT for you to get your hands on these amazing natural products. 

To make sure that we meet your expectations, we want to lay out the process for order delivery: 

Processing time: This includes order verification, any customization or options, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed Monday through Friday. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday are received by the warehouse on the following business day.  In most cases, orders are shipped out within 24 hours after the warehouse receives them. In rare instances, it could take 48 hours after receipt from the warehouse. 

*Please note that our warehouse is closed for all major holidays. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. In most cases orders are received within 7 days of shipment.  For international orders, shipping times can vary due to factors out of our control. For instance, sometimes things take longer to clear customs and that can cause shipping delays. *We do our absolute best to get your product to you in a timely manner, however, given the current shipping crisis in the US that is looking to extend into 2023, there can be delays beyond Elevays or our shipping partners control.
