These beauty blender pancakes are packed with healthy fat, protein, fiber, and flavor—and they are so simple. Beyond Collagen

Oats: Get them old-fashioned or quick-cooking, either one will do.  Oats are the perfect gluten-free base. Adding oats into your diet will do wonders for digestion, nutrition, and heart health.

Ripe Banana: make sure your nanner is spotty brown. It’s way better for digestion this way. Plus, it’s sweeter and helps get that fluffy pancake texture we all crave.

Beauty Blender Pancakes

Ingredients

Scale

 

  • 2 cups of old-fashioned oats 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 medium ripe banana 
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted grass-fed butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of baking powder 
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of salt 
  • 1 scoop of Beauty Collagen Complex powder 
  • maple syrup for topping (optional)

 


Instructions

Blend all ingredients in blender and add to griddle or skillet

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
