As a mama of 4 little ones, I like to keep it simple. Before I had kids running around the house, I would go crazy with the superfoods in my smoothie. There’d be 12 containers on the counter, 5 greens, and a lot of fruit. I just don’t have time for that non sense anymore. And the most important thing I realized is that super healthy doesn’t mean super complicated. Super can be simple—and this smoothie is living proof.

This recipe here is my absolute favorite smoothie recipe. I’ve got my protein, I’ve got my fats, and I’ve got my superfoods. (and somedays I want vanilla-honey oat pancakes).
