As we transition from what I hope was an amazing summer to school starting, I wanted to do a mini episode on how we are using essential oils to support ourselves and our family over these coming weeks. 

  • Motivation: a combination of energizing citrus oils (lemon, wild orange) and clarifying herbal oils (rosemary, basil, cilantro) 
  • Sleep: roman chamomile, lavender, vetiver 
  • Energy: a combination of citrus oils (lemon, grapefruit, wild orange, tangerine, lime) and minty oils  (peppermint, spearmint) 
  • Skin: sandalwood, lavender 
  • Stress: vetiver, lavender, frankincense, bergamot
