Welcome back to our “7 habits of healthy people”series—the food episode part 2! If you missed last week, check it out here. In part 2, we’re sharing the final four questions to ask to create a customized nutrition plan template for yourself. 

Our goal is that by the end of this series that you’ll have a really clear understanding of how to eat well to nourish your body and really feel good every single day. 

  1. Is the food organic? Are there toxins in this food? 
  2. Is the food genetically modified? 
  3. Does the food contain injected hormones or antibiotics?
  4. Does the food contain gluten?
