Garlic Avocado & Tomato Salad

This breakfast is super tasty and it’s beneficial for your digestive system. In case you didn’t know, your gut is one of the cornerstones for optimal health and well-being.

Of the many things you can do to build a healthy gut, one of the most important is to make sure your diet is rich in foods that support your digestive system. This breakfast bowl is exactly the kind of meal that will get you there.

It’s full of healthy fat from the avocado and organic acids from the lemon juice. Organic acids promote probiotics which are the friendly bacteria your digestive system needs to thrive.

Garlic is an anti-inflammatory and the tomatoes are packed with skin-loving nutrients like lycopene that scavenges free radicals to decrease the signs of aging.
Keep this one in your regular breakfast and/or snack rotation for a healthy gut, radiant skin and incredible health benefits.

Garlic, Avocado & Tomato Salad

  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tomato (diced)
  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Handful of sunflower seeds


  1. Chop the avocado flesh into bite sized pieces.
  2. Combine the chopped avocado, lemon juice, EVOO, garlic, tomato and sea salt in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
  4. Serve it up!
