Sheet pan recipes make life so much easier. Toss some veggies in olive oil and sea salt and add them to pan about 20 minutes before everything is done for an easy healthy dinner. You can also try these oven roasted green beans or a simple cobb salad for a perfect side.

Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken thighs⠀
  • 3 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon ⠀
  • 1 tsp sea salt⠀
  • 1/2 tsp pepper ⠀
  • 3 tbsp olive oil ⠀

STEPS

  1. Preheat oven to 375*⠀

  2. Toss chicken in olive oil, sea salt, pepper, fresh squeezed lemon juice and chopped fresh rosemary ( do not mince the stem it’s bitter ). ⠀

  3. Place on baking sheet and bake for one hour until skin is golden brown. Enjoy!
