- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin on)⠀
- 3 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon ⠀
- 1 tsp sea salt⠀
- 1/2 tsp pepper ⠀
- 3 tbsp olive oil ⠀
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375*⠀
- Toss chicken in olive oil, sea salt, pepper, fresh squeezed lemon juice and chopped fresh rosemary ( do not mince the stem it’s bitter ). ⠀
- Place on baking sheet and bake for one hour until skin is golden brown. Enjoy!

Let us know if it isn’t! Also for the thighs, the recipe calls for bone in, skin on (I’ll update it to reflect that detail too). The crispiness comes from the skin. It’s delicious!
