These oven roasted green beans can be a normal Wednesday night dinner side but are amazing enough to bring to Thanksgiving dinner. Insanely easy to make and even more delicious to eat– there’s not a lot of things that a simple seasoning of parmesan, olive oil, and salt can’t make tasty. If you’re having a hard time getting your little one (or maybe even your husband) to eat greens then try this green bean recipe! They’re going to love them!

Oven Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen green beans
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Parmesan
Instructions
- Toss green beans with olive oil and salt
- Place them in pan and put them in oven on *425 for 30 minutes
- Toss green beans well to re-coat with olive oil and then broil for 2-3 minutes keeping a close eye (this is where the roasting magic happens!)
- Top with as much parmesan cheese as your heart desires. Finish with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice! Enjoy!
