If you’re in the mood to get a little fancy with a healthy recipe that requires minimal effort– look no further! Beet Apple Salad is a favorite in my home during the warmer months. Beets are bursting with sweet and earthy flavors, vitamin C and folate making them an excellent support for blood and liver detoxification.
If you’re ever in a pinch for time, this paleo friendly recipe takes about 10 minutes to throw together tops, making our Beet Apple Salad the perfect side dish to bring to a cookout or store in the fridge for a midday snack. It’s a great way to enjoy something a little different that will leave your whole crew feeling refreshed and extra good. Really, this recipe can’t be beet (sorry we just had to). Enjoy!Print
