Simple Cobb Salad

Cobb Salad is the potluck of salads. The best part is that you’re getting protein, healthy fats, and tons of vitamins and nutrients from enjoying something so simple. You can use the hard boiled eggs you made earlier in the week and the bacon you made for breakfast that morning. Try a dressing like a warming vinaigrette to take this next level!

Simple Cobb Salad


  • Spinach
  • Mixed Greens
  • Hard boiled Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Tomato
  • Onion


  1. Cut and cube how you like and mix in with greens.
  2. Add your preferred dressing. Enjoy!
