1 – You will have to change your lifestyle to overcome burnout and adrenal fatigue. Burnout and adrenal fatigue are driven by chronic stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, and more. To get past burnout and adrenal fatigue, you need to change the way you show up for yourself.
2 – Social Media is fueling your burnout and adrenal fatigue. Research shows that social media is extremely stimulating to the brain, can throw melatonin levels out of whack, and makes us more likely to become stressed, anxious, and depressed. Using social media in a healthier way is essential for healing burnout and fatigue.
3 – Healing is not an overnight thing. Although it is totally doable (I’ve done it), it will take time. We live in an overnight success culture, but it’s especially not true when it comes to adrenal fatigue and burnout. 6 weeks is the bare minimum for healing.
