I wasn’t always whipping up morning superfood smoothies and writing nighttime gratitude journals/practicing self-care on a daily basis…

In fact, just a little over a decade ago I was a loyal McDonald’s customer and Sprite fanatic on my way to another pharmaceutical sales job.

Everything changed when I met my now husband. I ditched Sprite and learned to love water (I know, crazy right?!). I fell in love with fueling my body with nourishing foods, and I swapped chemical-laden cosmetics for natural, organic products. I cleared my acne, discovered new-found energy, and regained my life.

I wanted to scream the power of natural, intuitive living from the rooftops—so I started Elevays: an educational platform on a mission to help you elevate everyday and make natural living easy.

Life hasn’t been all peaches and cream since meeting my too-smart-for-his-own-good husband. I’ve birthed a business and four babies (naturally) and ‘busy’ seems to be the one word to describe my life.

I know all too well what it feels like to have big dreams and bigger piles of laundry. I’ve dealt with adrenal fatigue first-hand and experienced utter burn-out a time or two. But I’ve come out of every situation life has thrown at me with more God given grace, insight, and tools to share with a woman on a mission.
