Hey Trailblazer! I grew up in a little town outside of Toronto. Growing up, my health was a struggle.
I was diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia, so I ended up on meds and in special needs classes. My mom got fed up with the traditional medical system and brought me to a wellness doctor who helped me reverse both conditions and I ended up crushing it in school. I did so well that I landed a scholarship to study in the US, got my doctorate and headed to Orlando to wrap up my training.

Back in 2009 I was living in Orlando working as a sales rep for one of the largest pharma companies in the world.
And I was miserable. Fresh out of college with my biology degree, I thought I’d found a way to help people in the healthcare industry. I had no clue how wrong I was or how little the pharma world actually knows about real wellness.
Confused and frustrated with my new job, I was figuring out my next move when something amazing happened…
Our paths crossed one night at a local church meetup of young professionals
Over the course of a few months we became close friends and before we knew it, we were both head over heels in love. Little did we know that it was a match made in heaven. Not only was it impeccable timing, we were also discovering how perfectly our skills and passions aligned.
WE HIT THE GROUND RUNNING…
We got married in 2010 and jumped into starting our health consulting business where we delivered customized health programs to the high capacity people (what we call high performers) of the world. Our clients were CEOs, entrepreneurs, actors, coaches…really anyone that is driven by excellence and uncompromising in their commitment to being great.
Things went so well that a few years later we started Health Experts Alliance to coach doctors on how to grow and scale their business. We were able to successfully launch another doctor coaching business in Japan. While all of this was happening we were growing our family, having babies all along the way.

We are focused on helping high performers crush it in life!
Like you, we have big goals and even bigger dreams. We know that the needs of high performers are unique. Making wellness work when you’re running full throttle, trying to scale a business, take care of (and homeschool) kids, launch new products, write a book and serve clients can be a real challenge. It’s why so many high performers unintentionally let their wellness fall by the wayside.
After years of working with clients, coaching doctors, and plenty of our own trial and error, we realized this: a good wellness routine requires good habits and good habits require good systems. That’s exactly why we created Elevays. We wanted to share all of our strategies for making wellness a top priority while crushing it in life. Because your health shouldn’t be compromised while you’re out there changing the world.
