A simple morning ritual for super results


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 heaping cup of frozen berries

1/4 to 1/2 avocado flesh for healthy fat

1 scoop of Beauty Collagen Complex or Immunity Greens


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
