- 1 ripe avocado (flesh of)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups of your favorite berries (fresh)
- 1 to 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- Gluten-Free Granola (optional)
- Add the avocado and berries to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Spoon out the mixture into a bowl and top with chia seeds and granola. Enjoy!
