Ingredients
Scale
- 1 to 1 ½ cups of frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup of nut milk (see above for recommends)
- ¼ to half an avocado
- 1 heaping tablespoon of nut butter
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- Chia seeds (optional)
- Granola (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or high powered blender and mix. Add more liquid or berries if necessary. Top with chia seeds and granola if desired. Enjoy!
