The later you go to bed, the more difficult it is to have restful sleep. This is because deep sleep – the kind that is the most restorative – happens early in the night. So the later you go to bed, the less deep, rejuvenating sleep you get.

Drink Half Your Body Weight In Ounces of Properly Mineralized Water Each Day
Since you are in severe fatigue, you are more susceptible to electrolyte imbalances. Your adrenal glands are responsible for maintaining proper electrolyte ratios through a hormone called aldosterone. When your adrenals become dysregulated, so does aldosterone.
